Milena Ninova

I graduated with a Master’s degree in Dental Medicine in 1996 from Medical University Sofia, Bulgaria.

In 2007 I obtained a Master’s degree in Oral Surgery at Medical University Sofia, Bulgaria. I developed a vast experience in dentistry working in my private practice in Sofia since graduation.

My family and I moved to UK in 2009 where I continued to grow my experience as a dentist. In 2013,along with my husband we bought Millennium Dental Clinic. In my spare time I enjoy travelling, skiing and reading.

Arabella Binder

Dentist

Arabella Binder is a general dentist with 21 years of experience.

She initially practised in Romania, specialising in endodontics using an operative microscope and aesthetics.  

Since relocating to the UK, she's incorporated advanced digital workflows, cosmetic techniques, and minimally invasive restorative solutions.  

Her practice emphasises excellence, encompassing digital impressions, pain management, patient education, and long-term treatment planning.  

Currently, she's pursuing postgraduate studies in restorative dentistry and private practice mentoring.  

Outside of dentistry, she enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and ultra-running.

Natalija Belanina

My name is Natalija.

I am a general dentist and qualified from Riga, Latvia in 2004. I have been working in the UK in General Dental practice since 2008.

I like making people feel happy about seeing a dentist and being confident about their dental health and smiles.

Aside from general dental practice I am interested in adult teeth straightening and facial anti-aging treatments.

Hi, I’m Kim. I graduated from Portsmouth University as a dental Hygienist in July 2023; before this, I qualified as a dental nurse in 2018 and have worked in Cheshire and the South Coast practices. working, you will likely find me at the gym or walking on the beach with my Golden Retriever Kobe

John Murray

Dental Hygienist

I trained in Dental Hygiene at the Royal Army Dental Corps Training Centre in Aldershot, qualifying in 1985 with the CEB Certificate in Dental Hygiene. In 1996 I was awarded the Diploma in Dental Hygiene. I worked as a Dental Hygienist in the Armed Forces in a variety of Dental Centres and Military Hospitals around the world.

I retired from the Army whilst working in the Maxillofacial department of Haslar Hospital in Gosport in 2001. I have  since worked in General Practice in the Fareham and Gosport area.

I am currently the Secretary of the British Society of Dental Hygienists and Therapists Southern Region.

Dental Hygienist

My name is Megan, a Dental Hygienist who qualified from the University of Portsmouth in the summer of 2023. Beforehand, I was a Dental Nurse for 5 years.   

The best part of the job for me is building a rapport with patients, making the appointment as a whole a harmonious experience.   

Outside of work I enjoy walking my dog Vinnie and socialising with friends.

Anne Webb

Dental Nurse

Anne brings over ten years of experience as a dental nurse, and she’s affectionately known to many as the “singing dental nurse.” Throughout her career, Anne has held leadership roles as Lead Nurse in several practices, and she has also served as Infection Control Lead, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Anne lives with her partner, Phillip, and their two beloved pets, Oreo and Ronnie. Outside of work, she enjoys playing badminton a few evenings a week, going to the cinema, and hosting board game nights with friends and family.

Milly

Trainee Dental Nurse

I am currently a trainee dental nurse, having started my training in July 2024 after completing a year at Bay House Sixth Form, where I studied English Language, Criminology, and Psychology. My role involves both assisting in surgery and working on reception, helping to create a welcoming and efficient environment for patients.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends, attending concerts, and playing with my puppy, Betty.

Sofia

Trainee Dental Nurse

My name is Sofia.  I left school after successfully completing my GCSEs in 2023 and have been welcomed to the Millennium Dental family as an apprentice dental nurse you can find me working on reception and training in surgery. 

My aims are to help patients feel comfortable, welcomed and have their appointments become a positive experience. 

While I'm not studying, you will find me with my head in a book or getting muddy riding motocross.
